An oasis in the busy city centre of Florence, where fashion and luxurious organic food meets. The high aesthetic we expect from Luisa Via Roma did not disappoint and the tastes surprised our senses.
A pouched egg on an avocado toast is a celebration of the perfect seasoning in Floret. Head Chef Paola Andrea Muñoz Pineda created an organic and healthy menu that allows tourists and Florentines to have a break from the traditional high on carbs- high on fat Italian diet.
A super food section in the menu guaranty an enjoyable boost to your health. The Quinoa bowl is a mix of red chicorée, spinach, roasted pumpkin, avocado, pomegranate and almonds.
On the hot dishes menu we indulge in Floret Tacos with Halumi cheese (personal favorite) and Chayenne Chicken with a mix of salty sweet flavors.
If a juicy break is what you are looking for, you will find it at Floret. A variety of Detox, Boosters and energizing fresh juices are part of the organic menu.
The chef did kept the traditional Dolce and Cafe at the end of the meal but with a Floret touch. We had the cake of the day, Matcha Latte and Rose & Vanilla Latte.
