35mm film footage from the backstage of Vivetta AW24 collection | Milan Fashion Week
The Vivetta AW24 runway began at the Milanese Cavoli a Merenda kitchen, continued through the restaurant’s private terrace, and concluded at the 18th-century building's courtyard.
I was lucky enough to join MAC Cosmetics backstage, hosted at owner and chef Vanessa Viscardi’s private home. The narrow hallways, adorned with family photos transformed into the show’s lineup, the bedrooms turned into changing rooms, and the home kitchen used as a hair and makeup area. These intimate moments of Vivetta Ponti's romantic yet playful collection were meant to be captured on 35mm film. With nods to Gertrude Stein, 50s nostalgic interior design, bows, and patent leather Mary Janes, the Kodak moments outcome was only natural.
