SOJI SOLARIN presented his Negro Cowboy collection at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Russia.
Models of diverse race and age walked the runway featuring variations of clothing of dark-skinned cowboys: leather vests, two-layered jeans and tie-dye total looks. The entire collection was performed in reserved natural colors — white, beige and brown while red was a bright highlight in this color array.
N.LEGENDA
N.LEGENDA (DESIGNER NIKOLAY LEGENDA) established in 2012 by designer Olga Kapitonova – the graduate and Magister of the St. Petersburg University of Technology and Design. Being interested in psychology and anatomy, the designer of the brand creates her collections in minimalistic style based on almost faceless cuts, thus interpreting the issue of gender. The collections feature hand crafted work, natural high quality fabrics, clear lines and laconic cut. The basic concept behind the brand is a drama in a minimalist style. Much is based on the contrast — we personify an oversaturated look in laconic cut, thoroughly considered to the smallest detail. Brand has two lines – season's
collections demi-couture and TR-line (basic clothes with classic monochrome colors).
